The Monday morning email: your week in five numbers
Calls captured, leads converted, conversion rate, average response time and performance per team member.

Most trade businesses have no idea whether last week was good. Five numbers on a Monday fixes that.
What arrives
Captured calls, converted leads, your conversion rate, average reply time and a breakdown per tradesperson — in one short email, on a Monday.
- Calls intercepted: how often the phone rang out.
- Leads captured: how many of those became qualified requests.
- Conversion: captured leads that turned into booked work.
- Average response time: how long customers waited for you.
How to read it in ninety seconds
Start with conversion, not volume. A rising lead count with a falling conversion rate usually means call backs are getting slower — not that the marketing suddenly worked.
Then look at response time. It is the only number on the list you can improve this week without spending anything.
Why per-person matters
Once you have two vans, averages hide the problem. Per-person response times turn "we need to be quicker" into a specific, fixable conversation with one person about one habit.
What to do with a bad week
One bad week is noise. Three in a row with the same shape is a pattern: either the callbacks are too slow, or the leads coming in are the wrong kind of work — and those have very different fixes.
Common questions
- When does the email arrive?
- At the start of the week, summarising the seven days before it.
- Can I turn it off?
- Yes. Email notifications are a switch in your account settings.
- Does the team get it too?
- The recap goes to the account owner; per-person figures are visible in the dashboard for anyone with access.
